Each participent will give a 20 minutes talk on their assigned paper. In this talk, you should:
- Motivate the work
- Introduce required background knowledge
- Present parts of the used methods and findings
- Outline related and future work
You are free to use any tool such as LaTeX, Powerpoint or Keynote to prepare slides. If you cannot bring your own laptop, you can use one of ours. In this case, however, you need to hand in a PDF in time.
Before your practice talk, we will ask each of you whether you want to be filmed. If so, you can get a copy of your own talk along with your feedback. It is a valuable experience to see yourself perform and gives the opportunity to reflect on your own appearance. Thus, we recommend to take the chance, but it is not mandatory.
